<\/strong>Since the basic organic Regulation (EU) 2018\/848 came into force, the concept of the presence of unauthorised substances and products has been the subject of discussion. A legally compliant approach to dealing with this is not to set specific maximum levels for organic products, but to set minimum levels for reasonable suspicion.\u00a0This approach is provided in the presentation \u2018Presence and Suspicion: BioFach 2025\u2019.
