This disclaimer describes how Lach & Bruns Partnerschaft, Tempowerkring 1, 21079 Hamburg, Germany, ("we") is processing your personal data.

When processing your personal data, we consider data security and confidentiality of your personal data to be our top priority. We process your personal data at all times in accordance with the applicable data protection provisions and in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation; "GDPR"). In the following paragraphs we will inform you on how we handle your personal data, including but not limited to the processing and the transfer of this data as well as your claims and rights. - Purpose Limitation
We collect and process only such personal data which is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art 6 para 1 lit b of the GDPR) or which you have provided us on a voluntary basis (Art 6 para 1 lit a of the GDPR).
Furthermore, we process your personal data in accordance with Art 6 para 1 lit f of the GDPR. In this case, our legitimate interest is to ensure the operation of our business and to improve the functionalities of our website.

- the data subject has withdrawn his/her consent for the data processing and where there is no other legal ground for the data processing; and/or
- the data subject objects to the processing; and/or
- there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing.
- Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to obtain restriction of processing if one of the reasons stated in Art 18 of the GDPR apply. Accordingly, the restriction may be admissible, if the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of your personal data and request the restriction of their use instead, or you have objected to processing pursuant to Art 21 para 1 of the GDPR pending the verification whether our legitimate grounds override yours.

You have the right to receive your personal data which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (pursuant to Art 20 of the GDPR). You have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from us if

- the processing is carried out by automated means.
- Right to object
