Lach & Bruns Campus
On the campus you will meet for a professional exchange of ideas with Lach & Bruns' expert speakers. Here, current issues are discussed in a timely manner, especially with regard to their impact on everyday work. Concrete questions of the participants are taken up on campus, as well as critical voices on the topics presented.
The aim is to enable the participants to discuss complex and new questions from the fields of
- Assessment of residues and contaminants (organic /
conventional), and and their analysis
- Labelling of foodstuffs
in their routine work.
A small number of participants and the direct exchange with the speakers via a professional video conference platform guarantee intensive training and clarification of routine questions without having to leave the workplace.
